Our themed unwind weekends are designed with slowing down in mind. Our retreat schedule is carefully crafted to create the perfect environment for relaxing that will stay with you beyond our time together. During your retreat, you have the option to take part in the scheduled activities or kick back and do your thing.

Our facilitators come from all walks of life: yoga, meditation, mindfulness, artists, fitness instructors, coaches and nutritionists.

All classes and activities are suitable for all participants and all levels of fitness.

Fern and Mirinda were so welcoming and engaging – right from the moment we arrived and throughout the entire weekend. Their yoga classes were also really enjoyable and included yin as well as vinyasa styles. Jenny’s catering really took the whole weekend to the next level. The food was plentiful, healthy and delicious while at the same time made with a great deal of love and care.

The location of this Kangaroo Valley retreat was stunning with all amenities we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway including tea, coffee, comfy king single beds as well as linen, towels and toiletries. The main house where the lounge, kitchen and dining are located was also really spacious. With about 40 stunning acres to explore and a separate well-equipped yoga studio, the surrounds really lent itself to a relaxing and inspiring weekend.”
